1031 Productions LLC is a haunted house company dedicated to scaring the “boo” out of Halloween thrill seekers. Working 365 days a year, the ghoulish group is always conjuring up something for their favorite holiday, Halloween.
"How do you pronounce the name of the company?" It is ten-thirtyone productions. It is named after the date of Halloween 10/31.
1031 Productions currently owns and operates The Haunted House, “Cincinnati’s Frightful Favorite.” This haunt is the second longest haunted attraction in Cincinnati. To learn more go to www.frightsite.com.
1031 Productions was known as the producer of the worlds largest and most advanced yard haunts. The Majestic Nightmare and The Nightmare Manor, which pulled in over several thousand victims each year, were terrorizing the Cincinnati Tri-state for over 20 years!
1031 Productions prides themselves on the work that they produce. Each room/scene is designed with scare and detail in mind.
In 2001, the company entered into the Ft. Thomas 4th of July Parade. Equipped with monsters and a decorated truck the haunt group celebrated the 4th with their Halloween pride. Now the group’s entry has grown so big that well over a dozen monsters are walking, the Halloween truck pulls a massive Halloween themed float, and the whole entry is lead by “Terror Mobiles”, such as the Riga Mortis Racer.
